SmeeSports has a very unique connection with Padua. The Bruins are the rival school of our owner’s Alma Mater, Holy Name. However, each of the past four seasons, Nathan has begun football season by covering Padua in some capacity. This year marks the 5th year of this trend. Beyond that, Padua has been a big supporter of SmeeSports over the past year. Athletic Director Kevin Leigh has afforded us many opportunities to cover Padua Athletics, while football coach Kevin Kubit chose us for a media day each of the past two years. The support of not only both Kevins but also the support of the entire Padua community has made them a mainstay in our coverage.
